configure tries to detect the goto library in the standard directories, with

configure:27638: checking for sgemm_ in -lgoto2
configure:27663: gcc -o conftest -O3 -g -O2 -gdwarf-2 -g3 
-D_GNU_SOURCE   conftest.c -lgoto2     >&5
/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lgoto2

If the goto library is installed in a non standard directory, you should 
specify it with the option --with-goto-dir=directory when calling configure
