The scheduling context release

New features:
  * The reduction init codelet is automatically used to initialize 
temporary buffers.
  * Traces now include a "scheduling" state, to show the overhead of the
    scheduler.
  * Add STARPU_CALIBRATE_MINIMUM environment variable to specify the 
minimum number of calibration measurements.
  * Add STARPU_TRACE_BUFFER_SIZE environment variable to specify the 
size of the trace buffer.
