Thanks so much! I am going to follow your advice and I will use those applications!

I have downloaded each one of them:
Chameleon: https://project.inria.fr/chameleon/chameleon-0-9-1-is-out/
PaStix: http://pastix.gforge.inria.fr/files/README-txt.html
ScalFMM: http://scalfmm-public.gforge.inria.fr/doc/t support them!

I am going to install them and to test them, in case of some questions I will write for the teams that support them.

In case of other people want to collaborate with more applications I would appreciate a lot, and Obviously I should cite them in case of to be a published work!

Yes, that's a common issue :)

You should probably have a look at the MORSE project, which has dense
linear algebra examples (Chameleon), sparse linear algebra (PaStiX),
fast multipole method (ScalFMM).
