Thanks so much! I am going to follow your advice and I will use those applications!In case of other people want to collaborate with more applications I would appreciate a lot, and Obviously I should cite them in case of to be a published work!

Yes, that's a common issue :)

You should probably have a look at the MORSE project, which has dense
linear algebra examples (Chameleon), sparse linear algebra (PaStiX),
fast multipole method (ScalFMM).
