The source code knows better, but I guess StarPU determined that cores
20-23 were fastest to exchange data with the GPUs, and so were chosen
for driving them, and the CPU binding came after that. I thus guess
that even if you set 20-23 at the beginning of STARPU_WORKERS_CPUID,
they would still be used for GPUs and not CPUs.
