[Starpu-devel] StarPU v1.2.9 released

    The StarPU team is pleased to announce the v1.2.9 release.
    
    As a reminder, the 1.2 release serie notably brings an out-of-core
    support, a MIC Xeon Phi support, an OpenMP runtime support, and a
    new internal communication system for MPI.
    
    Specific changes for the 1.2.9 release are available below.
    
    The tarball along with the md5sum file and the OpenPGP signature are
    available as usual on the starpu web site

Small changes:
  * Add STARPU_SIMGRID_TRANSFER_COST environment variable to easily disable
    data transfer costs.
  * New dmdap "data-aware performance model (priority)" scheduler
  * Modification in the Native Fortran interface of the functions
    fstarpu_mpi_task_insert, fstarpu_mpi_task_build and
    fstarpu_mpi_task_post_build to only take 1 parameter being the MPI
    communicator, the codelet and the various parameters for the task.
