[Starpu-devel] StarPU: Migration to gitlab

The GIT repository of StarPU has been moved to gitlab.

https://gitlab.inria.fr/starpu/starpu/

You should only need to add a new remote to your local directory.

git remote add gitlab git@gitlab.inria.fr:starpu/starpu.git

you can remove the remote linked to gforge (e.g if origin is its name)

git remote remove origin

Please, no longer push to gforge, i will follow the commits and report
to gitlab whatever may be committed to gforge (but may miss something).

The master branch in gitlab is not protected, we will see in the future
if this have to change and use instead the merge requests mechanism.
