    The release 1.4.3 is out with the following updates from the
    previous version.
Small features:
  * Add starpu_data_partition_readonly_downgrade_submit().

Small changes:
   * StarPUPY no longer requires python modules joblib and cloudpickle
     to be mandatory

    - a Python interface for StarPU,
    - a driver for HIP-based GPUs,
    - the possibility to store performance model files in multiple
    directories,
    - an OpenMP LLVM support,
    - a new sched_tasks.rec trace file which monitors task
