Hi,

Be aware that bwc.pl is a fairly complicated piece of software.

There are a couple of ways to get you started.

- run a factorization example, and get the bwc.pl command line from
the .cmd file. This will give you a well-formed command line, but will
not give you an example of all possible configuration settings for
bwc, obviously.
- read linalg/bwc/README ; this file is not necessarily up to date,
but is surely better than nothing. It's the only place (beyond the
source itself, which is authoritative by definition) where you can get
information on some parameters which are not used in the scripts.
- use the linalg/bwc/bwc-trace.sh ; it's a shell script which is
meant as an illustration, and also a debug setup.

Once you have done that, you hopefully have better knowledge of
bwc.pl's command line, and can envision running it for larger
projects. It depends much on what you intend to do eventually, on
which size of systems, on which hardware, etc. The bwc binaries offer
a great amount of flexibility, but wielding their full power is out of
reach for the bwc.pl script, at least for the moment.

Best,

E.
