Hi,

That's actually a tough one! The problem seems to come from the algebraic
polynomial selected by cado on this input: it triggers problems if forced
to be used on other inputs (of various sizes).

We are working on it, but have no clue yet about what is going on.
So I can't guess when this will be solved. I'll file a bug in the
tracker.
