It does not "stop at the Lattice sieving". It actually *does* nothing.
You've just run the python orchestration script. While this script has
the capacity to spawn compute jobs by itself, it only does so if you
specify some "slaves.*" parameters.
Here, you didn't, so that you're expected to do as the script suggests in
order to feed it with sieving data.

(Note though that if your hostname is really <computer>, then you're
