Dear Terry,
A few months ago, Paul Zimmermann fixed this problem in commit
15f05df76266a46fde5. If you don't want to take the risk of updating your
local cado-nfs copy and losing your ongoing computation for some
unexpected incompatibility reason, you can just modify the file parameter
parameters/factor/params.c170
and set the value of
tasks.filter.maxlevel
to 30.
This is a local parameter to the merge step that should not interact
badly with the other parts of the computation.
