to avoid such infinite loops in the future, I've added an error message
when we find no suitable prime < 1000000. In such a case the error message
points to the README, paragraph "Factoring with SNFS".

PS: by the way, did you use tasks.sieve.sqside=0 with your SNFS polynomials?
