Hello,

it looks like CGAL::Nef_polyhedron_3 doesn't work with
CGAL::Cartesian<double>, at least compiled with Visual Studio 200[35].

Could someone tell me where to find a working binary distribution of
Gmp/Mpfr for MS compiler ? The one I built does strange things or segfault.
