Use :

QTDIR=/usr/local/qt ./install_cgal --BOOST_INCL_DIR 
/usr/local/include/boost-1_33_1
 --BOOST_LIB_DIR /usr/local/lib --with-QT3MT -i

It should be better. install_cgal need to find Qt header, Qt libraries, and 
the Qt MOC precompiler as well.
