Yes, I would like to re-create surface mesh with a refined shape criteria.
Points and connectivities of the points for triangulations are given in a 
file such as Object File Format (OFF). The points approximate a 3D surface 
model. Adding some points on the surface, I would like to obtain more 
beautiful surface mesh. What I would like to do is similar to the example 
which can be found in examples/Mesh_2/conforming.C.
