Actually, Elvind LM asked for one big page, where he can grep without 
knowing the package name. Note that for grepping in 27 different pages, 
we have per-package lists of reference pages, as noted before. From the 
main table of contents, it's only one click to:

(a) the index
(b) the per-package list of refpages

If you dont know the package name but only the name of the part it's 
contained in, you need one more click to the per-package refpages.
