Thank you all folks. I have now CGAL3.3.1+VS2005+QT3 finally working.

How *exactly* are you compiling in VS 2005?
CGAL_80.sln contains lots of different configurations, so, could it be that you
did not build the "Multi-threaded Debug DLL" configuration?

One way to build all or some configurations, and not just the one currently
active, is via "Batch Build" in the Context Menu. In there you can select the
configurations you want and click on Build.
