For this weekend I can't help you, but I have a little question:

Exists cgal-vc80-mt-gd.lib file in CGAL directory?

In the CGAL installation process, Have you checked to excract VC++ 8.0
library in all versione(MT MTD ....)?

I suggest you to add all configuration of cgal library.
