Hello all,

I would like to transform the mesh created by example

File: examples/Surface_mesher/mesh_an_implicit_function.cpp

into a different data structure. Unfortunately, I just can't find the  
required documentation part telling me how to extract the surface  
triangles and vertices. Could someone help me out with a short code  
snippet?
