CGAL Installation

I am attempting to install CGAL on a new computer.

The installer attempts to download several files to complete the
installation.

For some reason and due the way internet is setup, the installer is unable
to download the files.

What are my options?

What am I supposed to do to complete the install?

Can I manually download the required files, and save them at some location
so that the installer can use those files.
