Hello again,

about 

    flip(f,i);
    flip(f, ccw(i));  // Flip it back
    flip(f,i);

I have just realized that the two flips do keep the same triangulation... but 
f
is now at what used to be f->neighbor(i).

Still, I am still puzzled about possible precondition errors regarding the
orientation of points in facets.
