CGAL Delaunay triangulation package computes the Delaunay triangulation of
a set of points. Computing a triangulation of the domain bounded by a
close surface mesh is another problem, a 3D meshing problem which is currently
not handle in CGAL.

Does Delaunay triangulation has any limitation? Will it not triangulate  closed mesh such as cube ?
