Say I have a polyhedral surface which is a 2-manifold (possibly with 
boundary).
 Does CGAL provide an easy way to compute the dual of this polyhedral 
surface? 
In particular, I'm interested in performing some computations which require
quantities such as the ratio of the area of a dual cell to its primal
counterpart.  If such functionality isn't currently part of CGAL, does anyone
have a good suggestion about the best way to go about writing my own
implementation of this functionality?
