Ok. Attempt #2.
I delete folders - boost, cgal, and clear variable PATH, again do all 
according to 
http://acg.cs.tau.ac.il/cgal-at-tau/installing-cgal-and-related-programs-on-windows
 except
"# Open the newly generated solution in the boost directory and press Build 
-> Clean Solution when this is done press Build -> Rebuild Solution
# Wait a long time.... If it asks you to save and restart visual studio using 
some sort of macro agree to it and let the macro finish." Instead it i run 
make in command shell. So boost was compiled with gcc 4.4 without errors. And 
there is 
libboost_thread-gcc44-mt-d-1_40.dll.a and
libboost_thread-gcc44-mt-1_40.dll.a files in c:\devel\tools\boost_1_40_0\lib 
and
libboost_thread-gcc44-mt-1_40.dll and 
libboost_thread-gcc44-mt-d-1_40.dll files in c:\devel\tools\boost_1_40_0\bin.


Then i run CGAL-3.5-Setup.exe and choose all variant and 32bit platform. And 
got the same error while configuring with cmake-gui (full log):

Choosing 64bit platform in CGAL-3.5-Setup.exe does not help and i got same 
error:
