Thanx for reply,
  Could you plesase tell me what are the required formats of point cloud data that can be used in surface reconstruction or which format does MATLAB supports in order to reconstruct surfaces. I use Laser Scan Arm for digitizing surfaces. How can I export this point cloud data to the  MATLAB?
