Hi CGAL........
I'm using CGAL for an important project...I want to use the kernel
CGAL::Algebraic_kernel_d_1_RS_Gmpz for computing the real roots for an
univariate polynomial (solve_1)...but I can't.... the file <rs3_fncts.h > in 
polynomial_1_utils.h is missing. I expect that this file came from library
RS but this library can't be downloaded
free.May be I don't understand something about that. I hope you will help
....
