Hello Everyone

I am trying to use CGAL to generate a triangulated surface out of a node
cloud.
So I started with example/Surface_reconstruction_point_3 to get an idea of
how it should be done.
Unfortunately I struggled for two days to get taucs/BLAS/LAPACK recognized
by CMAKE so I could compile the example. But like other users I was not
successful
(http://cgal-discuss.949826.n4.nabble.com/Re-Error-by-compiling-poisson-reconstruction-example-tt2268101.html#none
)

So my questions are:
1- do I really need taucs to do a surface reconstruction out of point clouds
or the bare CGAL libraries are enough to perform the task ?

2- What are logical steps in preparing the point cloud for surface
reconstructor and which CGAL packages should be used ?

thanks in advance,
