Dear CGAL developers, 

I would like to find out more about the units assumed in size and distance parameters, such as in Mesh_criteria_3. It isn't obvious in the documentation. 

Does a distance value of 1.0 mean 1.0 mm? Does a facet size value of 1 mean 1.0 mm^2? Does a cell size value of 1 mean 1.0 mm^3? 

Please advise. I want to produce tetrahedralizations with explicit control over mesh size.
