I think that there might be walls that do not start from the ground, for
example, various steps in the house.
But most likely you are correct and it's sufficient to have the contour by
considering edges with points at
z=0.
Is there a ready algorithm in CGAL to help identify a polygon from model
with z = 0 in a convenient form for further rotation and calculating the
overlapping area with the original polygon?
