Recent version of CGAL require Boost version to be greater that 1.39. See:
http://www.cgal.org/Manual/latest/doc_html/cgal_manual/Installation/Chapter_main.html#Subsection_3.4.2

I cannot see other solutions than installing a newest Boost.

I can give you precompiled Boost libraries for Fedora. What is the g++ 
version 
of that (very old) Fedora 10?
