Hi.  I am building Nef polyhedrons, which I believe require points of type
Filtered_extended_homogenous<RT>, where RT is a ring type.  My data
originates as homogeneous doubles, though (from Matlab).  Does CGAL offer a
way to intelligently convert doubles to a ring type?
