Hi,

How can I offset or inset a General_polygon_2 by a fixed value offset?

The following functions only consider Polygon_2. 

CGAL::create_interior_skeleton_and_offset_polygons_2
CGAL::create_exterior_skeleton_and_offset_polygons_2
CGAL::offset_polygon_2
