I don't know, the only thing I know is that since VS2005 is not longer
supported, some workaround to correct bugfix in VS2005 are no longer
used and you might have problem later.

If you use cmake to generate the solution to compile the example, it
might be that the gmplib you chose is not the 64bits version
(I am not a windows expert, I just try once to install CGAL on it).
