We cannot answer you. Do you want to create x86 (32 bits) or x64 (64 bits)
applications?
Note that you need to have a coherent set of dependency libraries (Boost
libraries, Qt4, GMP, GMP, maybe zlib), for the given architecture (x86 or
x84).
I suggest that you start by x86 (win32), because you will find precompiled
versions of the dependencies more easily.
