Hello Andreas!

The CGAL project has of course the right to get the source code but
dmat is not distributed publicly. It won't compile with current
library versions and as it was just a part of a scientific tool-
chain it is not useful in its current condition.

If there should be a commercial interest, I could spend effort
to rewrite the code. For this reason I still have the concept
on my homepage.
