Greetings.
I tried to compile the provided example:

with Visual Studio 2010 and CGAL 3.9.
I ran into a couple of errors, which I cleaned (see attached corrected
code)...

After cleaning, it seems that:
- CGAL::make_FT doesn't exist anymore, but it is just used in the original
source code to create a quotient, so it should not be too hard to create it
like so: DataType error( 100.0 / 1000.0 );
- I cannot understand how to specialize my traits properly to have a call to
dynProgApprox to work properly

I believe this package is worth our time to make it work.
