Hi Sebastien

Thanks - the trouble I have is that the inputs to CGAL at the time of the
assertion failure are mid way through a complex CSG tree.

Are the any convenience methods to stringify a Nef_polyhedron_3, or
otherwise output it's full state?

That way I could just print to the console the two polyhedrons causing this
issue, then create a test case to just take the difference of the two.
