Hi community,

I am running some of the CGAL examples, and I always get a .mesh output file. I searched the internet and all comment that you need to use the medit tool to see it.

I went to this page (I assume this is where you can download medit):

And there at the bottom I found the medit for linux, I download it and I get some errors trying to extract the gz file.

I have previously used CGAL and created a very simple script to generate .vtk files and see them with the Paraview program. 

Has anyone here made a better or official solution to get .vtk files or convert mesh to vtk files?
