Indeed, I cannot see anything interesting.

 

I do not know well the MinGW compiler. Maybe you can try to add -v to the CMake variable CMAKE_SHARED_LINKER_FLAGS, to see if you get more interesting information. The GNU linker uses that flag to enable a "verbose" mode. Maybe the linker of MinGW is similar.
