This is not done already but doing it is rather trivial if you follow
the instruction on the wiki or mimic what is done with already wrapped
packages.
I advise you to create a fork of the official repo
http://code.google.com/p/cgal-bindings/
and try adding the missing functions.
If all is good then I can then integrate it back.
