Cavity is generated in such a way that each triangular face of the cavity is
/strongly Delaunay/ over vertices of the cavity. It implies that these
faces(and hence the cavity) will always be part of any Delaunay
tetrahedralization of the vertices of the cavity. Delaunay
tetrahedralization of vertices of cavity is computed. Delaunay tetrahedrons
which are /inside/ cavity are finally placed inside it in the original
tetrahedral mesh and rest of the Delaunay tetrahedrons are discarded. This
will replace the original tetrahedrons(of tetrahedral mesh) inside cavity
with a set of new tetrahedrons.
