While trying to run  nef_3_point_location example

from documentation, it seems that it expect Nef_polyhedron_3 in a specific
format(gives message *SNC_io_parser::read: no SNC header*). I would like to
know the format in which to give input to this program.

Further, I want to know what return value should be expected from locate()
function used in this program when the query point is /outside/ the Nef
polyhedron?
