CGAL users discussion list

Hi,

CGAL offers /cgal-discuss/ mailing list and an active /cgal/ tag on Stack
overflow, but to avoid duplication I usually post my question on one of them
but it is always possible that I may get response in the other one as well. 

So, I would like to know as a user how should I decide where to post my
questions?
