Thanks Sebastien. I have already check in "Visual Studio --> Tools --> Visual
Studio Command Prompt" and I got : 
C/C++ Optimizing Compiler Version 17.00.51106.1 for x86 

So for me the compiler I have to use is 32 bit and I have thus to follow the
installation for 32 bit in the tutorial
http://www.cgal.org/download/windows.html#BuildingCGAL, is it right ? 

For the library boost, I have also to install it in 32 bit ?! *but Is it not
a problem then to run my project with a Solutions Platform x64 because CGAL
and Boost will be in 32 bit ? *
All the more as I also use in my project some other libraries like eigen and
openCV which are already installed in 64 bit so I'm afraid that there is
some conflict with CGAL ....
