Hi Jane,

Actually my first try was with Mesh_3 and he did the job as I wanted... for
small 3D samples. My final goal is to have a volumetric mesh for simulation.
However, once I work on my real 300x300x300 image, it takes forever. After
10h, it was still at the first step (point generation). I have tried to play
with loose parameters to make it faster but it didn't change.
That's why I decided to try 3D surface mesh first.
