Dear all,

I am new to cgal and I am trying to use it for generating multidomain tetrahedral mesh from medical images. I am trying similarly to the available example online to generate a tetrahedral mesh of a body region (domains: body, bones, prostate, rectum, bladder)

My problem is that the surfaces of the domains are not well defined in the generated mesh because the different domains are near to each other. Does anybody know how i can ensure this kind of features in my mesh??

ps. i am trying to mesh the domain with features similarly to the examples provided in the web but obviously I miss something.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
