Dear all,
I observed that: lloyd() and odt() introduces non-manifold edges, however
perturb() and exude() worked fine for me when CGAL::MANIFOLD is used.
I notice also that the mesher tend to have issues with intel TBB when
CGAL::MANIFOLD is used.
