Dear Jeff,

can you check if in the folder to which the file was downloaded, you have
some hidden system files with similar names as the downloaded files? To see
such files, you have to enables both, display of hidden files and display of
system files in explorer. Windows 8 somehow keeps track on where files come
from and I think it is doing this using such files. I had similar issues with
another installer and it helped to delete this file.
