I think the goal should be to deprecate ~/.starpu and move towards XDG
compliance.  What do you think?

If we agree on that, then Cyril’s patch looks fine to me.  Perhaps it
should issue a warning when something is found under ~/.starpu, and/or
move it to the new location.
