The CUDA module on plafrim was not setting the include path for the
C++ compiler. This has been fixed thanks to Cédric. However, the
compilation of CUDA applications is now broken unless you set
the environment variables NVCCFLAGS to "--compiler-options
-fpermissive" before configuring StarPU.

You would have to execute something like

% NVCCFLAGS="--compiler-options -fpermissive" configure --prefix=... ...

I am going to check if there is a way to fix this problem with a better
solution.

Cheers,

Nathalie
